Halloween In A Glass: Spooky Spiked Espresso Float 🎃
It is Halloween. You are officially too old for trick-or-treating but definitely not too old for a boozy dessert. Meet your new October obsession. This spiked espresso float is dark, delicious and dangerously easy to make.
The Spooky Spiked Espresso Float 👻
We are using our Bancroft pods for this recipe. It is bold enough to punch right through the sweet ice cream and liqueur for the ultimate caffeine kick.
What you need:
🦇 1 shot of Pod & Parcel Bancroft espresso
🦇 1 scoop of premium vanilla ice cream
🦇 1 shot of coffee liqueur (optional but highly encouraged)
🦇 Soda water to top it off
How to make it:

Drop a generous scoop of vanilla ice cream into a chic glass or mug (the aesthetic one, obviously)

Pour the shot of espresso right over the top (watch it melt, it is deeply satisfying)

Add the shot of coffee liqueur (because you survived the work week)

Top it all off with soda water until full (fizz is mandatory)

Grab a straw and put on your favourite scary movie 🍿
