  • Marocchino

    In Alba, Italy, home of Ferrero, Nutella is used instead of chocolate drools

    INGREDIENTS
    Espresso: 40 ml / 1 pod
    Milk froth: A dollop
    Cocoa powder: One tablespoon

    INSTRUCTIONS
    Step 1: Mix one tablespoon of cocoa powder with warm water until it forms a smooth syrup
    Step 2: Pour cocoa syrup into a 4 oz (120 ml) cup
    Step 3: Place cup under machine and insert pod
    Step 4: Press the espresso (small) button once
    Step 5: Heat approx. 80 ml milk in your Aeroccino and when finished, use a spoon to add only the frothed milk to your espresso
    Step 6: Dust espresso with cocoa powder

  • Mocha

    The Mocha's name is derived from the city of Mocha in Yemen, a site of early coffee trade.

    INGREDIENTS
    Espresso: 40 ml / 1 pod
    Steamed milk: 80 ml
    Milk froth or whipped cream: A dollop
    Cocoa powder: One tablespoon

    INSTRUCTIONS
    Step 1: Mix one tablespoon of cocoa powder with warm water until it forms a smooth syrup
    Step 2: Pour cocoa syrup into an 8 oz (240 ml) cup
    Step 3: Place cup under machine and insert pod
    Step 4: Press the espresso (small) button once
    Step 5: eat 120 ml milk in your Aeroccino and add a 50/50 mix of steamed milk and froth to your espresso

  • Macchiato

    Macchiato has the highest ratio of espresso to milk out of the 'classic' coffees.

    INGREDIENTS
    Espresso: 40ml / 1 pod
    Milk froth: A dollop

    INSTRUCTIONS
    Step 1: Place 4 oz (120ml) cup under machine.
    Step 2: Insert a pod.
    Step 3: Press the espresso (small) button once.
    Step 4: Repeat steps 2 & 3
    Step 5: Heat approx. 80 ml milk in your Aeroccino and add only the milk foam (around 40 ml) to your espresso with a spoon

  • Breve

    The American variation of a latte.

    INGREDIENTS
    Espresso: 80 ml / 2 pods
    Steamed milk: 60 ml
    Milk froth: 60 ml

    INSTRUCTIONS
    Step 1: Place 8 oz (240 ml) cup under machine
    Step 2: Insert a pod
    Step 3: Press the espresso (small) button once
    Step 4: Repeat steps 2 & 3
    Step 5: Heat 120 ml milk in your Aeroccino and add a 50/50 mix of steamed milk and froth to your espresso

  • Latte Macchiato

    A latte macchiato is a "layered" drink, rather than being mixed like a classic latte.

    INGREDIENTS
    Espresso: 80 ml / 2 pods
    Steamed milk: 80 ml
    Milk froth or whipped cream: A dollop

    INSTRUCTIONS
    Step 1: Using your Aeroccino, heat 80-100 ml of milk until complete
    Step 2: Add steamed milk to a 4 oz (120 ml) cup
    Step 3: Place cup under machine
    Step 4: Insert a pod
    Step 5: Press the espresso (small) button once
    Step 6: Using a spoon, add a dollop of milk foam to the top of your espresso (or use whipped cream if you like)

     

  • Latte

    The coffee responsible for love hearts on your milk froth.

    INGREDIENTS
    Espresso: 40ml / 1 pod
    Steamed milk: 60-80 ml
    Milk froth: 20 ml

    INSTRUCTIONS
    Step 1: Place 4 oz (120ml) cup under machine.
    Step 2: Insert a pod.
    Step 3: Press the espresso (small) button once.
    Step 4: Using your Aeroccino, heat 80-100 ml of milk until complete
    Step 5: Add more steamed milk than froth to the espresso at around a 2:1 ratio

  • Cappuccino

    A coffee staple that dates back to the 17th century.

    INGREDIENTS
    Espresso: 40ml / 1 pod
    Steamed milk: 40 ml
    Milk froth: 40-60 ml

    INSTRUCTIONS
    Step 1: Place 4 oz (120ml) cup under machine.
    Step 2: Insert a pod.
    Step 3: Press the espresso (small) button once.
    Step 4: Heat 100 ml of milk in your Aeroccino until complete
    Step 5: Add around 40 ml steamed milk to the espresso and 40-60 ml of milk froth on top to finish

     

  • Flat White

    An Aussie classic, who doesn't love a good flat white?

    INGREDIENTS
    Espresso: 40ml / 1 pod
    Steamed milk: 80 ml

    INSTRUCTIONS
    Step 1: Place 4 oz (120ml) cup under machine.
    Step 2: nsert a pod.
    Step 3: Press the espresso (small) button once.
    Step 4: Using your microwave, heat 80 ml of milk for approx. 45 seconds
    Step 5: Add milk to the espresso and stir

  • Romano

    A classic found throughout Spain and Italy.

    INGREDIENTS
    Espresso: 40 ml / 1 pod
    Lemon juice: A dash

    INSTRUCTIONS
    Step 1: Place 4 oz (120 ml) cup under machine
    Step 2: Insert a pod
    Step 3: Press the espresso (small) button once
    Step 4: Once extraction has complete, add a dash of lemon juice to the espresso
