  • Con Panna

    Literally meaning espresso with cream, this is a sweet coffee ideal for a quiet afternoon.

    INGREDIENTS
    Espresso: 40 ml / 1 pod
    Whipped cream: A dollop

    INSTRUCTIONS
    Step 1: Place a 4 oz (120 ml) cup under machine
    Step 2: Insert a pod
    Step 3: Press the espresso (small) button once
    Step 4: Add a dollop of whipped cream on top to serve

  • Corretto

    Coffee and booze. Nice one, Italy.

    INGREDIENTS
    Espresso: 80 ml / 2 pods
    Sambuca or brandy: 20-40 ml

    INSTRUCTIONS
    Step 1: Place an 8 oz (240 ml) cup under machine
    Step 2: Insert a pod
    Step 3: Press the espresso (small) button once and repeat for the second pod
    Step 4: Add 20-40 ml of either sambuca or brandy to serve

  • Vienna

    Also known as Einspänner coffee, meaning 'single horse cart'!

    INGREDIENTS
    Espresso: 80 ml / 2 pods
    Steamed milk (optional): 100 ml
    Whipped cream: 60 ml
    Vanilla essence: One teaspoon

    INSTRUCTIONS
    Step 1: Place an 8 oz (240 ml) cup under machine
    Step 2: Insert a pod
    Step 3:Press the espresso (small) button once and repeat for the second pod
    Step 4:Using your microwave, heat 100 ml of milk for approx. 45 seconds until warm/hot
    Step 5:Add the steamed milk along with a teaspoon of vanilla essence to your espresso and stir
    Step 6:Top with whipped cream to serve

  • Bicerin

    Bicerin, pronounced 'bee-cheh-reen', originated in Turn, Italy, during the 1700s.

    INGREDIENTS
    Espresso: 80 ml / 2 pods
    Dark or white chocolate: 90 g
    Whole milk: 250 ml
    Whipped cream: 60 ml

    INSTRUCTIONS
    Step 1: Heat the milk in a medium-sized saucepan and when warm, add either 90 g of chopped dark or white chocolate
    Step 2: Mix together the ingredients and bring the liquid to a boil
    Step 3: Boil for 1 minute while whisking constantly and once the chocolate is nice and foamy, remove it from heat and set it aside
    Step 4: lace an 8 oz (240 ml) glass cup under machine (make sure it's glass to see all the layers)
    Step 5: Insert a pod and press the espresso (small) button. Do this for both pods.
    Step 6: Once done, add the chocolate milk mixture to your espresso
    Step 7: Finish by topping with whipped cream

  • Eiskaffe

    Eiskaffee is German for ice cream coffee and is served cold.

    INGREDIENTS
    Espresso: 80 ml / 2 pods
    Vanilla ice cream: Two scoops
    Milk froth: 40 ml
    Brown sugar: One teaspoon
    Ice cubes: Two

    INSTRUCTIONS
    Step 1: Using a tablespoon, add two scoops of vanilla ice cream to an 8 oz (240 ml) cup
    Step 2: Place a separate cup under machine
    Step 3: Insert a pod
    Step 4: Press the espresso (small) button once
    Step 5: Repeat steps 3 & 4
    Step 6: Add two ice cubes to your espresso until it cools
    Step 7: Add the espresso and brown sugar to the ice cream, then top with milk frothed using your Aeroccino

  • Miami Vice

    When the Cubano meets the Americano!

    INGREDIENTS
    Espresso: 80ml / 2 pods
    Hot Water: 80ml
    Brown sugar: One tablespoon

    INSTRUCTIONS
    Step 1: Prepare the Americano first by placing 8 oz (240 ml) cup under machine
    Step 2: Insert a pod
    Step 3: Press the espresso (small) button once.
    Step 4: Eject pod, close machine lid and fill with hot water by pressing the espresso button twice more
    Step 5: Get two 4 oz cups
    Step 6: Fill one with an espresso coffee using one pod and the other with a tablespoon of brown sugar
    Step 7: Add the espresso to the sugar one drip at a time with the goal of making a sugary coffee paste
    Step 8: Beat vigorously with a spoon as hard as you can for 2-3 mins until it becomes a light caramel colour and foams slightly
    Step 9: Now add the rest of your espresso to the sugary coffee paste
    Step 10: Finally, add the Cubano to the Americano and you're done! Phew

  • Honey Raf

    A twist on the Russian favourite and a little less sweet.

    INGREDIENTS
    Espresso: 40ml / 1 pod
    Honey: 80ml
    Milk froth or cream: A dollop
    Brown sugar: Two teaspoons

    INSTRUCTIONS
    Step 1:Place 4 oz (120ml) cup under machine.
    Step 2:Insert a pod.
    Step 3:Press the espresso (small) button once.
    Step 4:Once extraction has complete, add 80 ml of honey to your espresso
    Step 5:Then add two teaspoons of brown sugar
    Step 6:Heat approx. 80 ml milk in your Aeroccino and add only the milk froth (around 40 ml) to your coffee with a spoon

  • Irish

    Best served on a cold winter's day.

    INGREDIENTS
    Espresso: 80ml / 2 pods
    Whiskey: 40 ml
    Whipped cream: A dollop

    INSTRUCTIONS
    Step 1: Using a tablespoon, add two scoops of vanilla ice cream to an 8 oz (240 ml) cup.
    Step 2: Place cup under machine and insert a pod.
    Step 3: Press the espresso (small) button once
    Step 4: Repeat steps 3 & 4
    Step 5: Sprinkle grated chocolate on top to finish
