How to redeem a rewards voucher for a one-time order

- Make sure you select the option that says "voucher".
- Copy the code, and place your order as normal.
- At the checkout click on "Order Summary", and paste the code.

What is the P&P Rewards program?
P&P Rewards is our way of showing appreciation for our loyal P&P family! You earn points for a lot of different activities - most of which you would be doing anyway (like ordering or referring a friend). You then use your points to collect exclusive gifts and discounts off your orders. The more you collect, the more you save - it’s a win-win.
Who can join?
Anyone! If you’ve got a P&P account with us, you are automatically enrolled.
How do I earn points?
The real question is how don’t you earn points? Placing an order, referring a friend, having a birthday are all ways to earn some points. We go into more details in the ‘Earn Points’ tab in the menu.
How do I view my point balance?
Simply log in to your account and click on the ‘Rewards’ tab located at the top right-hand side of the menu. Your rewards panel will display all the points you’ve got in your hot lil' hands.
How do I redeem my points?
When you’re ordering, you’ll see a tab called ‘Get Rewards’. If you’ve got enough points, you can redeem them for a reward in this tab.
Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?
The sky’s the limit, boo. Shoot for the stars. We wouldn’t ever want to limit your potential, so why would we limit your points?
What do the 'approved', 'pending' and 'cancelled' statuses mean?
Approved: You can redeem these points right now!
Pending: These points just need to be verified before you can redeem them. Patience is a virtue, but we won’t make you wait too long! This is usually when there are referral or purchase points up in the air.
Canceled: These points won’t be added to your account and are lost to the space in the interwebs. This only happens when you cancel a purchase.
I completed an activity but didn't earn points!
Don’t worry - it can sometimes take a few minutes for us to process your activity and dish out those delicious points. If you’ve been tapping your foot for too long though, simply reach out to our team and we’ll give you a hand.
Can I use my points during checkout?
Not directly - you can redeem your points for a voucher and then Ctrl + V that cheeky code into the checkout.
How do I leave the program?
If you want to leave our Rewards program (for now!), simply just reach out to us and we can unenroll you - though you will lose any points you haven’t used.
What happens if I leave and decide to join again?
If you reach out to us, we’re more than happy to re-enrol you, however, we, unfortunately, can’t recover old points and so your total will begin at zero.
Where can I report a problem or give feedback?
Just give us a buzz on our regular customer service line, we’re always more than happy to help out.
How long do my points last?
From the point of redemption, your voucher will be active for a year. If you're a little forgetful, don't worry, we'll send you a reminder when they're about to expire.
How many vouchers can I use per order?
Just for simplicity's sake, you're only able to use one voucher per order - but you are able to earn an unlimited amount of vouchers for future purposes!
