How to Make the Ultimate Coffee Cinnamon Rolls
(Because your morning coffee deserves a side of cinnamon-swirled perfection.)
Step 1: Activate That Yeast
Warm your milk 45°C and stir in your extracted P&P coffee. Add yeast and let it get frothy for 5-10 minutes. (Think of it like a pre-party - if there’s no foam, the yeast isn't feeling the vibe yet!)
Step 2: Make the Dough
Mix flour, sugar, and salt in a large bowl. Add the yeast mix, eggs, and butter, then knead until smooth and slightly tacky. (Think soft but not sticky - like a firm handshake, not a death grip.) Cover and let it rise for an hour or until it doubles in size.
Step 3: Roll and Fill
Roll out the dough into a rectangle (about 30x40cm). Spread with butter like you mean it, then sprinkle with a sinful amount of cinnamon sugar. (Go heavy - there's no such thing as too much.)
Step 4: Slice and Rise
Roll it up tight and slice into 12 even pieces. Arrange them in a greased baking dish, leaving some room to grow. Cover and let them rise again for 30-45 minutes. (Patience - it’s worth it.)
Step 5: Bake to Golden Perfection
Preheat your oven to 180°C. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and your kitchen smells like absolute heaven.
Step 6: Glaze & Devour
Whisk powdered sugar, brewed coffee, and vanilla into a thick drizzle. Pour over warm rolls, watch it melt into every crevice, and try not to eat them all in one sitting. (We won’t judge.)
